1. sales forecasting and planning as per sales strategy and target
根據(jù)銷售策略和目標(biāo)制定銷售預(yù)測和規(guī)劃;
2. market analysis based on channels, consolidation and analysis of information gathered from channels;collect and justify the product needs, further work out creative product solutions with category management
根據(jù)不同渠道反饋,進(jìn)行分析和整合市場信息;收集并明確產(chǎn)品需求,和產(chǎn)品部共同確定產(chǎn)品方案;
3. make product promotion plan and allocate promotion resources to each channel and sr based on promotion target
根據(jù)促銷目標(biāo)制定產(chǎn)品促銷計劃,促銷資源分配到銷售渠道和區(qū)域
4. plm (phase-in/-out), contribute to product portfolio based on inputs from channels;define vibs supply price with ba &cm (a);define vibs by channel
規(guī)劃不同渠道的產(chǎn)品組合,確定產(chǎn)品生命周期的上市和退市;產(chǎn)品定價;定義渠道產(chǎn)品型號;
5. coordinate with category management and supply chain, thus to ensure the supplies
協(xié)調(diào)和整合產(chǎn)品管理和計劃供應(yīng),確保產(chǎn)品貨源供應(yīng)
任職資格:
professional requirements 專業(yè)資質(zhì)要求:
1. bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering, marketing or business administration.
理工類,市場營銷或工商管理專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. at least 3 years work experience in product management function.
產(chǎn)品管理領(lǐng)域3年以上工作經(jīng)驗
3. good communication skills, fluent in english, good ms offices skills
良好的溝通能力,英語書寫及口語能力,及辦公軟件技能
4. willing to learn, self-motivated,
積極的學(xué)習(xí)與自我激勵的態(tài)度
5. team spirit, result oriented
