2. Break down annual ER marketing plan, obtain customer marketing resource, design, track and feedback relevant campaigns
3.依據(jù)家居市場渠道年度營銷計(jì)劃，針對潛在的品牌加盟店店主，櫥柜商，設(shè)計(jì)師，其它潛在消費(fèi)者及客戶，定期組織產(chǎn)品推廣營銷及品牌體驗(yàn)活動
3. Organize product and brand experience activities targeting potential Kitchen Retail customers and consumers, incl. BFS, KFM, designers, etc.
4. 分解家電零售渠道年度促銷計(jì)劃，根據(jù)全國大客戶，區(qū)域客戶的促銷節(jié)點(diǎn)計(jì)劃，提供 BSH相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品、營銷物料及禮品等支持
4. Break down annual ER promotion plan, support national KA and regional KA via product display, POSM and gifts
5. 分解家居市場渠道年度促銷計(jì)劃，設(shè)計(jì)促銷活動落地方案（引流、買贈、轉(zhuǎn)化等），跟蹤執(zhí)行及反饋
5. Break down annual KR promotion plan, design, track and feedback promotions e.g. diversion, purchase, conversion
6. 對接總部業(yè)務(wù)單元及渠道零售團(tuán)隊(duì)，細(xì)化總部營銷及促銷在大區(qū)的落地執(zhí)行
6. Detail execution plan for HQ marketing and promotions as interface with BU and HQ channels
7. 支持客戶在城市級別的相關(guān)行業(yè)聯(lián)盟活動及營銷物料提供

Job Profile：
職位要求：
1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，有家電行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor's degree or above, relevant working experiences in home appliance industry is preferred;
2、具備營銷思維，良好的營銷推廣及品牌體驗(yàn)活動組織能力；
Good command of marketing ideas, able to organize marketing promotion and brand experience activities;
3、具有較強(qiáng)的自我管理能力，及邏輯判斷能力;
Have strong self-management ability and logical thinking ability;
4、良好的溝通能力，較強(qiáng)的理解能力；
Good communication and good comprehension ability
5、意在家電領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展，創(chuàng)新；
Aiming for continuous development and innovation in home appliance field;
6、可以接受高頻次的出差。
