【Job Description 職責(zé)描述】
1. Develop the content plan and operation guideline for Siemens home appliances on social media platforms.
2. Research the rules and trends of social media platforms, monitor the social media activities of competitors, and continuously optimize the brand's social media operation strategy to improve operational effectiveness.
3. Be responsible for the daily operation of Siemens home appliances' official accounts on platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat, including content posting, topic interaction, and comment monitoring.
4. Regularly collect, organize, and analyze the data of social media accounts, and form detailed performance reports. Evaluate the operation effect based on the data, identify problems, and propose improvement measures.
5. Take charge of the design and production of social posters, event promotions, etc. for brand marketing nodes.
6. Be responsible for the cross - category marketing promotion plans and material production, such as the promotion of home appliance sets in different channels, and social campaigns during decoration season.
7. Be responsible for the communication and coordination of Siemens home appliances' annual exhibitions and events, as well as the design and production of graphicand short video materials.

2. 研究各社媒平臺(tái)的規(guī)則和趨勢(shì),關(guān)注競(jìng)品在社媒上的動(dòng)態(tài),不斷優(yōu)化品牌社媒運(yùn)營策略,提高運(yùn)營效果。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)西門子家電在抖音、小紅書、微信等平臺(tái)官方賬號(hào)的日常運(yùn)營,包括發(fā)布內(nèi)容、話題互動(dòng)、監(jiān)控評(píng)論等。
4. 定期收集、整理和分析社交媒體賬號(hào)的數(shù)據(jù),形成詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告。結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)估運(yùn)營效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出改進(jìn)措施。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)品牌營銷節(jié)點(diǎn)社交海報(bào)、活動(dòng)宣傳等設(shè)計(jì)和制作工作。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)跨品類營銷宣傳計(jì)劃和物料制作,如不同渠道家電套系產(chǎn)品推廣、裝修季社交營銷活動(dòng)等。
7. 負(fù)責(zé)西門子家電品牌年度展會(huì)和活動(dòng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、平面和短視頻物料的設(shè)計(jì)制作工作。
【任職要求】
1. A bachelor's degree or above in marketing, journalism, communication or related majors.
2. With more than two years of work experience in social media, marketing or related fields, and familiarity with the rules and operation rules of mainstream social media platforms.
3. Be proficient in using data analysis tools, interpret the data provided by social media platforms, and provide a basis for optimizing operation strategies.
4. Possess good learning, communication and teamwork skills.
5. Be proficient in English and MS Office skills, especially Excel and PPT.
