Job Summary:
With strong ownership, CHI Group Purchase Lead is responsible to coordinate
internal and external stakeholders on PBG’s products’ listing into insurance
companies’ employee benefit platform. This role will track launched programs to
make impact for business.
This role shall also set up regular communication mechanism with insurance
companies, TPA and other stakeholders, bridge them to PBG’s certain department.
By collaboration, this role will build a more favorable policy shaping
environment for PBG in employee benefit field.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement overall working flow in CHI group purchase.
* 120K packs Nurtec through employee benefit platform in OP25.
* Tacking launched programs to provide insights and impact with solid data.
* Build communication platform for internal and external stakeholders.
* Make sure PBG’s advocate in employee benefit field with a more favorable
environment.
* Make sure the programs meet PBG’s legal and compliance requirement.
Education and Experience:
* With employee benefit experience in insurance company, TPA or Pharma.
* 10 years’ experience in HQ level insurance company.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to
deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations.
* Good understanding in commercial payer system and market dynamic.
Technical Skills Requirements:
* Communication and Impact – Excellent presentation and some influencing
skill ability to interact with key decision maker internally and externally.
Ability to use influencing skills to make advantage in listing and scheme
designing.
* Program management – Excellent ability to review and use data to develop
insights and support decisions
* Business development – Explore HQ and local insurance company resources to
develop potential programs
