Digital transformation is very urgent for all companies going towards, in order to enable business excellence, reduce man power and cost via proper digital tools. So such a designer who grasps and keeps sensitive on most modern sufficient information technology knowhow, got business overview and has strategic mindset is very much needed by our team
You will need to firstly deep dive into HC China business (E2E processes) including manufacturing, sales and commercial scope, set up network and collaboration model with business management and users, meanwhile understand current BDO internal information. At the same time, have an overview about Global HC BDO scope in details. Based on all info collected and consolidated, make business analysis from time to time, design digital landscape and propose implementation priorities etc. together with management team.
職位要求：
- Master degree in Information Technology relevant area
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital relevant and/or business analysis department. Experience To-B business company is preferred
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and able to explain complex ideas/concepts with clear logic and accuracy
